Due to Coronovirus we have highlighted our cancellation policy to make guests fully aware, before booking, of our policies. These policies are for direct bookings only and not for bookings made through Airbnb, booking.com., etc., Pease refer to their websites for the cancellation policy in reference to your booking with them.
** DIRECT BOOKINGS MADE DURING COVID19 **
At the time of booking the first nights stay is taken as a deposit which is refundable up to 7 days from the date of the first nights stay after which the following options are available.
If a booking is cancelled more than 7 full working days before the arrival day then a full refund or change of dates (if preferred) shall be given. Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 2 days shall be offered a change of dates.
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before the 4pm check in time on your arrival day the deposit is non refundable and no change of dates can be offered however if we manage to re-sell your cancelled room we always give a refund.
House terms and conditions
Extended trips at Millview Bed and Breakfast due to ill health, accident etc., will be charged the full rate per day.
Babies and children are charged for the normal room rate as we must allocate a bed per person regardless of age as per our insurance conditions therefore if you would like to come with your family both rooms 2&4 must be booked and paid for with a maximum of 4 people inclusive of babies. Millview accommodation shall only be rented to your family for your stay.
Extra guests cannot be accommodated at Millview Bed & Breakfast on fold out beds, cots or floors therefore only children, babies and other people previously booked can be accommodated. This is dictated by our insurance as we have a maximum number of souls allowed to stay in any one night.
The glass door with the digital pad to enter the house must be kept locked at all times to keep everyone and their belongings safe.
Check in a self check in system, details will be emailed to you the day before your arrival.
