At the time of booking the first nights stay is taken as a deposit which is refundable up to 7 days from the date of the first nights stay after which the following options are available.

If a booking is cancelled more than 7 full working days before the arrival day then a full refund or change of dates (if preferred) shall be given.  Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 2 days shall be offered a change of dates.

If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before the 4pm check in time on your arrival day the deposit is non refundable and no change of dates can be offered however if we manage to re-sell your cancelled room we always give a refund.

Extended trips at Millview Bed and Breakfast due to ill health, accident etc., will be charged the full rate per day.

​

Gift Vouchers bought for stays at Millview are non refundable and must be used by the use by date on the voucher. 

​

Millview welcome children 6 years of age plus however all children must sleep in the same room as their parent/guardian.  As there are no connecting rooms/family rooms this would involve a family of 2 adults and 2 children booking and sleeping in 2 bedrooms, 1 adult with 1 child per room. The normal room rate will be charged in full as we must allocate a bed per person regardless of age as per our insurance conditions therefore if you would like to come with your family please phone Dawn to discuss on 07891 432879 before booking, thank you.

Extra guests cannot be accommodated at Millview Bed & Breakfast on fold out beds, cots or floors therefore only children and other people previously booked and allocated a bed can be accommodated.  This is dictated by our insurance as we have a maximum number of souls allowed to stay in any one night.

The glass door with the digital pad to enter the house must be kept locked at all times to keep everyone and their belongings safe.

​

Check in is from 4pm - 10pm (early check in's cannot be accommodated) using a self check in system, details will be emailed to you at the latest the day before your arrival, please contact us on 07891 432879 if you have not received them.  Check out is 10am on your day of departure (late departures cannot be accommodated).

Quiet Hours inside Millview are between 11pm until 7am for the comfort of all guests.

​

Millview is a traditional highland home that offers comfortable and affordable accommodation and as such does not have sound proofing like the big city hotels therefore please be mindful of your neighbouring guests, thank you.

​

Millview is a non smoking property however there is plenty space outside away from the entrance and windows within the guest garden where you can smoke if you wish.
